Dog Agility Training Classes

Helps your dog keep fit and healthy

As an addition to dog training, dog agility training is a great way to help your dog keep fit and healthy in an active and fun way.  Agility is a fun and stimulating sport which provides new challenges and a fun place in which to learn. Catering for all dogs no matter how big, small or what breed they are.   Our proven results help with your dogs obedience too, enabling better handling and behaviour.

Dog agility training was generally used when competing at dog shows, but the trend is shifting and it is becoming more popular for the improved mental health and bond building benefits for you and your dog. All training is reward based.

Our dog agility sessions will help your dog to weave, tunnel and jump around the specially selected course in no time.

Maisie’s Dog Training offer bespoke dog agility sessions for the Birmingham, Alvechurch, Redditch, Studley and surrounding areas.  We run regular group courses as well as offering one to one dog training sessions, that take place throughout the year in Redditch.

Behaviour Consultations

In addition to being a dog trainer Rebecca Fox holds a knowledge of dog psychology and holds a Bsc (hons) in animal behaviour and has carried out behaviour consultations since 2011. (for further info on Rebeccas credentials see about us page)

Behaviour consultations may place in your own home or at our training centre depending on the type of behaviour problem being addressed. During the session Rebecca will record a detailed history of your dog and will work with you to formulate a training plan.

All dog behaviour problems are considered, whether it be a puppy, an old dog or a rescued dog.

When required Rebecca may handle your dog, however the aim is for the behaviour problems to be resolved for you rather than her, so sessions will involve both practical and theory involving yourself and your dog.
