For dogs over 6 months we offer a variety of courses depending on the amount of prior training they have already had.
Intermediate classes – For dogs that are over 6 months and have attended puppy classes with us or with another professional. This course progresses from the work taught in puppy classes. We begin to work on lots of distraction work including recall and lead walking. We also begin teaching emergency stop and also lots of new cues and further impulse control.
Advanced classes- perfect for dogs that have completed intermediate obedience. The course builds on distraction work, lots of off lead work, scent work, proofing all our impulse control, we also add in an introduction to agility and some exciting new exercises too.
Older beginners- adolescents and rescues often need to learn the basics if they have missed out on puppy training. If this is the case this is the course for you. They may be too old for the puppy course but can enter older beginners or we teach them the basics in several 121 and you can then enter the intermediate course.

In addition to being a dog trainer Rebecca Fox holds a knowledge of dog psychology and holds a Bsc (hons) in animal behaviour and has carried out behaviour consultations since 2011. (for further info on Rebeccas credentials see about us page)
Behaviour consultations may place in your own home or at our training centre depending on the type of behaviour problem being addressed. During the session Rebecca will record a detailed history of your dog and will work with you to formulate a training plan.
All dog behaviour problems are considered, whether it be a puppy, an old dog or a rescued dog.
When required Rebecca may handle your dog, however the aim is for the behaviour problems to be resolved for you rather than her, so sessions will involve both practical and theory involving yourself and your dog.
